I now took a day's holiday on Friday to install my chassis - everything was wonderful too.
When I had the feather legs out at the front I thought that I could change the joint shaft cuffs (were slightly porous) - once you got everything out.
To the left everything worked out quite well-just right....!
The joint is pulled off by turning the screw into the opening-but that didn't work.
Screw all in-joint or on it and the screw went neither in nor out-geil-class-super---shei...!!!
So the joint shaft was removed and stretched into the vice. When I asked our workshop master, he only said: "I've never seen that before".
Then we tried with a hammer to beat down the joint (in front of my mind's eye the bill for a new external joint passed by--but where you get a new one here-with your company car to Hanover for the VZ-through Celle in Friday's evening traffic-that's not possible!-so the weekend without a car)
After several hard blows, it finally broke off and went off.Now the screw was cut off and good.
Then we really looked at the joint first, if nothing broke-- thank God for staying safe.
The thread is cut again for the sake of security and everything is assembled again.
In a longer test drive it turned out that the joint did not retain any damage.
Got lucky again

Werden die Antriebswellen immer noch in die Nabe geklebt?

Nein, beim V8 ist das nicht mehr der Fall.
