Fucking job

I think Servotronic is a perfect thing. In every situation, support adapts as it should. If I hadn't had to change the steering gear, I wouldn't know the car had Servotronic. The little helper is so inconspicuous that I had never thought about why (until a few days ago).
With the new steering gear, however, I now have to pack noticeably more powerfully. I can't make a statement on standing vehicles, but from slow to fast, a little more steering power is required. I believe that both servo support and servotronic work. But steering with the old man was more pleasant, just so that I never noticed anything.
Does anyone know any possible cause for this symptom?
The "new" gearbox is an outdated replacement part of Quinton Hazell. The basic part is absolutely identical to my old ZF, built in 95.
