I have been proud V8 owner since the weekend. I got the car particularly cheap because of hail damage. Technically (except for the brakes) the car seems to be perfect.
It is an Audi 4.2-V8 quaddro with 6-switch drive with climate, standing position, full sports leather equipment, etc. How often was the V8 built in this configuration? I heard he's supposed to be pretty rare...
Actually, the car was planned to be used for the battle to install the engine in a VW bus, but now I'm somehow infected and find the car too bad to slaughter it.
What is the cost of the braking system renewal ?
What else is there with the car to consider in terms of engine maintenance ?
