immobilizer and tolerance values speed encoder

Hello. I'd like to ask you a question about the speed converter. I was told that it should be because of this, but this as well as otgeber was measured and both showed the primary values (between 800 and 900 ohms, is it supposed to be 1 Kohm) are these values in order or are they outside the tolerance range? I have no desire to buy on suspicion the parts...

then there is another thing and that's my immobilizer. I have a note in it that was decoded in 1997. Can someone tell me what was done and how? Is it possible that this decoding was reversed by disconnecting the battery?

the original immobilizer belongs to this small part which is inserted behind the steering wheel, right? must/should there be something blinking when this is decoded?

At the moment, the thing with me is that the dare still doesn't start, only when he's in a mood for a moment pretends to be coming.
