Battery!

Hello, guys!

I signed off the Audi for various repairs. The following problem is now apparent. After about 2 weeks, the battery was boomsleer. I loaded it and built it in. Then I measured the current about 300mA when everything's over. I then pulled the fuses one after the other and outed the No.28 as a consumption circuit.Combi-instrument, brake lights, parking lock. That's where all the juice goes, and something else seems weird to me. The engine starts when I then put in the fuse 28 starts to run immediately the electric fan although the engine is cold and the climate is off. Does anyone have an idea?? Greetings Roman
