Gear problems

Hi, guys.

Although this is a 200-square 20V Quattro, but the problem could be exactly the same for the V8 5-course, so I hope you can help me:

The following situation: 200er 20V 200tkm, after thrust operation or stronger load changes go above all. The gears 1-3 (sometimes all) and the R only with a higher to enormous effort (followed by a KLONG from the rear axle) pure - after pure strangulation the gears, however, go quite well again - until the next load change.

According to "expert opinion" (courses go better in the quiet state than with running engine) complete clutch with all cylinders and the rear bearing replaced - cost point 1050.- EU. Success: 1-2 days went quite well, except that the clutch plucks a little more than before, and meanwhile the switching problem is worse than ever.

Gear oil is new and fully synthetic - without success. The sound when you have to force the gang is really brutal and sounds like you're hitting metal on metal with a lot of power. From the back, as I said, it seems.

Often, however, the whole part works perfectly, almost as new, just after the mentioned loads, especially when driving uphill, I no longer have a chance to drive the box reasonably.

Do you have any ideas? There must be a logical explanation for the behavior, right?

Thank you

Bastian

PS.: Although all the rubbers on the chassis should be new, the rear axle sweeps with proper force. the body, but sounds different than when you put it in gear.

Bastian
