moin moin.....
have a problem with my drive(I think)
the vehicle around it is a V8 3.6 automatic
so .... when driving on a straight track (over 40 kmh) I feel as if somehow the force distribution on the front axle (or rear axle?) changes(or a lock is switched on)
I have to say that last week, when I upgraded the lowering of the vehicle, I destroyed an ABS sensor that I have now replaced. At first I didn't put the sensor deep enough into the hole, which of course I had a malfunction of the ABS again. It made them feel that when I slowed down the speed and slowly started to calm down, the ABS pump began to run. I plugged the sensor deeper into it, where the ABS worked again. This mistake, which I still have (I think that's the same one at least), was much more noticeable, and that was when the car was speeding up to the right. There it was, however, that when I went into a curve, that then also sometimes, depending on the road condition, the vehicle went off to the right once. Interestingly, however, as soon as I pull off the ABS ECU plug, the car is back to normal. But now I also have a sound that I can't sort of assign correctly. It could be that it is really the regulation of the distribution of power. But you can also notice this mistake in a different way. If you drive a constant speed on a straight one usually has a smooth rolling. It's like this noise is happening to me, and at the same moment the power is collapsing (as if someone taps the brake) but only as long as the noise is heard (approx. 1-3 sec in irregular intervals)
So my question is this:
What does the ABS have to do with the drive, I always thought that the drive (except for the transmission itself) has no electronic influence. Only somehow does it seem to me that the ABS is shutting down, or at least has an influence on it.
If someone has experiences in this direction, or can point me to the left, I would be very grateful.

Hi Andre
