"Ufo" brakes VS (R)S 6 Conversions useful?

Hello, everybody.

I just wanted to call on how you can change your "UFO discs" away and to the "normal" disc brakes, so see and if anyone has already gained experience with it.

Do you see advantages in an upgrade or rather not?

I would also be grateful for a brief instruction. Also a short cost statement for registration, discs, spring legs, etc. I'd appreciate it.
