Heating cooler seems to be broken

Hello everyone!

For a few days I'm supposed to fill almost every morning G12 and water, because my 92-er ABH loses water. I was afraid at first that there was something with the engine, but under the carpet there is a real Balaton. Only the fish are missing:)
If you remove the cover over the heating box and press one of the water hoses, you can hear the shawl "breath" in the heater cooler. I changed the vacuum-operated shut-off valve (there was also water), I tried to fix the screws, but there is a crack at the cooler entrance. And sauna in the vehicle. Especially pleasant in the evening, when you see nothing through the foggy windows....
Question: has jd. Experience with disassembly and expansion of the heating cooler? Should the entire cockpit be disassembled, or "only" the lower part? With me it would be a nightmare because of Navi. But I can't drive with water loss. Not for long, though. Thank you in advance!

Hallo Leidensgenosse ,

mfg,
