IC on Bose board searched

Now I almost finished my baby, Lamda new, Euro 2 and rewritten at the KVA (4h in Berlin), Tüv, technically everything in order.
All we need is the Bose facility. F.A.Q. All Elkos changed. Three boxes are running again. But on the 4th. The Bose ICs seem to be there (Mosfet also changed).
At Bose I could not order, know a replacement, or where to get it?
