After the diagnostic system indicated error "16814 P0430 035 Bank 02 effect too low", both catalysts were replaced in my VAG workshop. Thus, catalysts were installed for around 2,000 euros.
As I learned later on demand, no exhaust gas tests were carried out before or after the exchange to determine whether the catalyst was really defective and whether the new one really works. Already after three days and 150 km (not 150,000km !) the diagnostic system again showed the same disturbance.
Now I wonder if the catalysts only last three days or if the catalysts were not broken at all, but something else. Maybe a Lambda probe and the catalysts were replaced unnecessarily.
How can you find out where the mistake is?

Zu dem Rest habe ich leider kene Unterlagen, aber vielleicht hilft dir das ja schon mal weiter, oder jemand anderes kann was damit anfangen.

Könnte also die Lamda-Sonde defekt sein, aber der Katalysator wurde ausgetauscht, also besteht der Fehöer weiter, weil Lambda-Sonde nicht ausgetauscht wurde?
