I will now sell my V8 ('91; 3,6; silver).
I recently made this decision, as the maintenance costs are simply too high. I drive about every week. 600 km and had corresponding fuel costs.
The thickness was only "getüvt" this week; everything in the TOP state; EVERYTHING works. I have also invested over 2,000,-- € in the last 2.5 years. The test engineer. However, an oiled engine was noticed. But the last oil change was still dry (before 10,000 km!!). This morning I had a cold water puddle in the garage. I guess it wasn't oil. According to the first assessment (is) probably the connection of the heating pipes, which go into the ZK (O-Rings?) leaks.
Since I no longer have time (and also no desire...) I will probably sell the fat in this condition with swabs (has now run 187,000 km, of which 65,000 km in the last 2.5 years-long course). Was in any case `n great time and have regretted the purchase NEVER. I'd have mooted the fat guy too, but I'm afraid I don't have time and space. Become the Fzg. also soon `times in the "market place" offer. That's it.
I would also like to thank you here for the numerous help from this forum and the nice answers to problems. Thank you and keep having fun with the V8s.
