Belts can no longer be rolled off

Have some straps lying around (with belt straps).
These are rolled up very far by storage and can no longer be rolled off.
Is there a trick in how they can be moved back to roll-off?
If they were too bad to be thrown away, too aml the front with electrifiable height adjustment, cost also a lot over 300,- €.
