Lubricating

Hello

I looked at my vehicle a little bit more closely yesterday... and washed before. The door hinges are a strangely wise thing to do. What did the Audileut just spray up there and how do I get this... just looks at... Out!

What do you usually use to lubricate the things on the car? For example: the sunroof, etc.?
