Problem LIMA

Hello people, I also had problems today with my lima, namely the following: from time to time the tension symbol in the onboard computer addressed. 18 volts, so too high.

I have then expanded the controller which is a lot of work and exchanged for a new one.

then the charging voltage was about 13,5/ 14 volts and ok, but now during the running motor the red lamp in the bordcomp permanently goes on and the CAT lamp at the top right.

All connections have been cleaned and fastened to the lima.

Is the lima defective? what should I do, swap, and if so, how do I get the belt from the lima down and up again???
