v8 occasionally jerks at start

Every few weeks, the 4.2 l engine jerks at the start and hardly takes on the gas, let alone that it gets on the road. It's almost as if several cylinders fail.

The BOSCH service has found nothing in the error memory, could not locate errors like this and wants to limit the error during my vacation.

Has anyone ever made the mistake?
