Not just because I am so curious, but especially because I absolutely need more information about species-appropriate use with the V8...
I want to be able to show you all a really nice and well equipped model at a meeting in the future and I can show you...
Well, let's just say,
Can anyone tell me where Audi installed the module of the standard alarm system and where the pump for the ZV and the Fenstheber is located in this context?
I want to install a much better Viper, for which the already laid cables and connections can be used perfectly! Don't have to know Audi ;-)
Oh, one more question.
For example, how can I attach an image of my V8 to an obituary? So you could get a picture, because I'll get to a meeting first when it's really complete and good in shot. It's gonna take a while.
Of course, I am especially grateful to everyone for useful tips and advice.

die Zentralverriegelungspumpe sitzt direkt neben der Batterie unter der Rücksitzbank. Ist in dem Schaumstoffblock zwischen Batterie und Tür versteckt.

Habe übrigens herausgefunden, wo das Modul der AUDI-Alarmanlgae sitz und dahcte mir, es würde einige von Euch sicher auch interessieren, wenn man zum Beispiel eine richtige Anlge nachrüsten will.
Also, das Modul sitzt im Kofferraum hinter der Verkleidung, und zwar auf der rechten, also der Beifahrerseite.
War nur so ein Tipp für alle, aber werde Euch demnächst mitteilen, wie gut sich die originalen Kabel und Anschlüsse nutzen liessen.

Bei neueren V8 mit IR-FB dürfte die Alarmanlage in der ZV-Bidruckpumpe integriert sein. Da wird es nahezu unmöglich sein, eine "kewle" Aftermarket-Alarmanlage nachzurüsten.
BTW: Warum eigentlich die originale Alarmanlage rauswerfen? So "unrichtig" ist die gar nicht...
