Meeting at Sachsenring-Wie, Where, What, Why?

Greetings,
I want to know how it goes on. It's only four days until the meeting. Do you get a confirmation that you're there? Do you meet at the driveway or where?
Bitte gebt schnellstens Bescheid wenns was Neues gibt.
Mfg Markus Kolb!
