Does one happen to know whether the donors are the same from the design of the audio 100 to the V8? The VAG No. is only different around the voder 078905381 instead of 077905381.
The function should be the same.
If plugs and cables don't fit, there's nothing you can change.Maybe one of you already had both givers to compare there and can report.

danke, geht darum das ich 2 geber(mit 078......) bekommen kann und wollte die in mein Baby einbauen,mussten also funktionieren?
Danke nochmals für die info. werde dann mal berichten ob mein baby mit den anderen Gebern dann wieder läuft.Was er leider im moment nicht macht da beide Geber defekt sind.

eventuell kann dir sicherheitshalber noch jemand im ETKA nachsehen - die vom 20V und vom V8 sind auf alle Fälle ident.
