hallo V8 ler.. ich habe mir mal gedacht, nachdem ich meinen klappernden lüfter ausgebaut habe schreibe ich mal auf, wie es geht.. also kurze vorgeschichte der lüftermotor war ausgeschlagen... immer wenn man dem laugenden lüfter einen kleinen stoß verpasstte fing dieser an zu röhren wie nichts gutes.. also hab ich mich in den foren schlau gemacht und herausgefunden, dass der motor dort gekapselt eingebaut ist...also habe ich mir hier in der börse für 100 Euro ein gebrauchtes lüftergehäuse …

I once thought, after I've expanded my clapping fan I write down how it works..

So I made myself smart in the forens and found out that the motor is encapsulated there... so I organized a used fan housing here in the exchange for 100 euros, which later turned out to be superfluous!
So... now to expand and install the complete fan unit.. (that's what you have to call in view of the size) hihi.. So first, the horizontal air distributors should be dismantled in both footspaces. they are sitting on the housing with a screw. then separate the pneumatic plug connector in the right footroom. then at the top of the barren tunnel behind the radio a small screw is screwed into the rubber ventilation hose for the rear seat, which should be loosened... sun can move forever.. hehe that was already from inside.. then open the hood and remove the windscreen wipers. goes very easy.. please also remove the small plastic thread nuppsis, as these could possibly be damaged.! then separate the cooling water connection. Then release the clamp that surrounds the fan.
Then remove the plugs from the motor and from the electric. And then the pneu. link only separate the red and black..the white remains... then push in the connection to the air conditioning...so.. now you take an old saw blade and go between the usually very glued seal to the footroom...all that comes now is pure violence... Off the back and out the thing.. Oh, so... You didn't get him all out?? GAR doesn't matter! Because... the motor is secured by a seagering! You're breaking it down. now on the left side of the trim to the climate is still a trim behind it, which is secured with 3 cross-slot screws. They're breaking down! then you can first remove the trim and then push the motir out to the right! the new engine is a bit fuzzy. no case with violence, as the only one held by 3 plastic seemed. the ding bends fast and the dinger break away.. then the fan and igr has been clapping since the beginning... So... then everything backwards and finished..
*sweat* it's all right.. but on the knee son v8 engine space is just not a sofa..
