Bose's not running!

People,
I'm having a problem with my bosesystem. the sysstem comes from a 95` S6, I want to build this now in my 94` S4, I was told that fits.
so now to the problem.
the bass is not running, the boxes are all running, with the front left humming a bit when I turn the loud-armed down completely. then the radio doesn't fit, I can take the middle console from the S6 or it doesn't fit. the changer doesn't work either, and the holders don't fit. then I don't know what the two plugs are behind the radio, color yellow and white. were the s4 and the s6 so different? I am grateful for every help, as my car is just disassembled in the prowess and I actually need it every day. thanks already in advance
