I once tried to reset the service with a service provider from secorüt type VAG Universal (costs about 160 €).

Press button and hold tight until LED running light appears
No running light appeared to me but the 3 LEDs were on at the same time, but they did not flash one after the other.
The service remained on the same Km number.
Did I do something wrong or is the VAG-Universal type 10220 not working on D2?

Warum machst Du das nicht einfach - und kostenlos - mit VAG-Com? Geht voll easy...
Das ist schon richtig. Aber mir ging es darum, dieses Teil zu testen und die Frage ob es nun für den D2 nicht passt oder ob ich einfach nur etwas falsch gemacht habe.

erklär mal,wie du das machst,ich hab mich in dem programm schon totgesucht....allerdings hab ich nur ne sharewareversion.....liegt es daran?und..wo könnte ich ne vollversion bekommen?

Also bei meinem Dicken kann ich mit der 0.00 und CHECK Taste den Service zurückstellen... steht auch im Serviceheft drin.
Muss also nicht extra zu VAG rüberdüsen.

Ich habe mit dem VAG-Com versucht, finde dort aber keine Funktion für die Service-Rückstellung. Wo soll das sein bzw. wie soll das gehen?
