have bought me from the ebled 2 things to read out my bug memory, but it doesn't work (habe vag303.2)I have the feeling that it still lacks an important part.Can someone give me a tip?

it simply does not establish a connection, tested on three computers.
When I go to Vag to select interface and press test-comes "Com-Port Status :OK
Adapter Status : 5-Unknown Device "
The seller says - I need VAG 311.
I've got it, too, and it doesn't work either.
