Hi! Nun endlich, nach über einem jahr erfolglosem Suchen habe ich heute das richtige Getriebesteuergerät eingebaut! und siehe da, ganz weiches Schalten, bessere schaltpunkte. Super. ABER, S--E--M Wahl geht immer noch nicht. Mein VAG-Partner ist zu d..f, die Codes rauszubekommen (oder hat einfach keine Lust), mit welchen die neuen Steuergeräte programiert werden müssen Wer kann mir in der Sache helfen? Ich selber habe auch schon gesucht, aber nichts gefunden. Nur daß es gemacht werden muß. Das …

Now finally, after more than a year of unsuccessful search I have installed the right gear control unit today! and see, very soft switching, better switching points. Great.
BUT, S-E-M election still doesn't work. My VAG partner is too d.f to get the codes out (or just doesn't want to) with which the new ECUs have to be programmed Who can help me in this matter? I've been looking myself, but I haven't found anything. Only that it has to be done.
The engine control unit must be recoded, the transmission control unit probably does not go to code. Where do I get the codes?

Or what else could it be about S-E-M? The switch does not snap back when starting the engine, each position has no reaction to follow and the lamp in the instrument cluster does not work with M. So completely dead. There's no other way.
