window lifter

Hello people!

Have the question if the window lifter relay is defective? whether the window lifters only partially function or not???
I measured the current to the switch and there comes the current and the switch I also checked by simply connecting the switch to another window the window went up and down.
Now I assume that my window lifter engine is broken.
Am I right or is it the relay??
