Good evening.
I have painted a new coat and since my front door lock no longer went, on the passenger side the lever was replaced with a toothed wreath (2).
Now, unfortunately, I can't get my front lock together on the passenger side. :-(
Where would the big safety ring, holder ring (1) have to go and how can I get it back in?
How's the lock for the lock cylinder going back on, with the old self?
My locking cylinder is new, but it looks no different and I have changed all parts - which are necessary - to use the new lever with tooth wreath (2).
I didn't get any further with the Audi manual. Maybe it wasn't my day for crafting either.

Also das ist zumindest geschafft.
Ich kann nur raten beim Ausbau sich ganz genau die Position und Einbauschritte, der einzelne Teile zu notieren.
Die Audi Anleitung hilft einem Laien oft nicht wirklich beim ersten mal.
