Front brake calipers

Good morning, everybody.

Looks as if my V8 is a bit tight or a little bit tight on the right front brake caliper. doesn't go all the way after a braking.

The car moves slightly to the right and the steering wheel flutters slightly. After a longer ride, the whole rim gets warm...

I've already read that there's help for the back saddles. Now my question to you, is there any chance that you can fix the matter yourself?

Is there a repair kit for this? If so with whom and for how much?
Is there someone in the forum or someone recommended by the forum who does something like that?
