Automatic

I have a question about the automatic, partly it bothers me that the automatic for so long in the 2. or 3. Goal stays, especially in the second. the engine turns unnecessary up to 2500 rpm or so high, although I give very gentle gas (in Eco mode), as soon as I switch into manual mode, it turns up, what is that??
