A well-known has bought a new windshield from the forum here cheap Audi parts or something.
Now the new disc has been installed but the rearview mirror that is clicked on such a hold of the disc no longer fits.It is larger and rounder.
Are there any differences?
Did anyone ever get the same suffering?

Ja es gibt zwei "Halteplatten" die eine ist eher rechteckig (oval) abgerundet und die andere ist rund.
In meinem 92er V8 hatte ich die Runde ... und die neue Scheibe (vom C3) hat den ovalen Halter. Zufällig passt da der Spiegel von Carstens Krawallschachtel (alter Audi 90 Quattro).
