Lordosenstütze defekt / Sitzheizung sporadisch

Heyho. Habe heute festgestellt, dass die elektrische Lordosenstütze auf der Fahrerseite sich nicht mehr in der Höhe verstellen lässt, nachdem ich sie ganz bis zum Anschlag nach unten gestellt habe. Der Mechanismus nach vorn und Hinten funktioniert noch, wenn ich aber nach oben oder unten verstellen möchte, bewegt sich nichts und man hört ein Knirschen das sich nach Zahnrädern anhört, die irgendwo dran rumnudeln. I noticed today that the electric Lordosen support on the driver's side can no longer be adjusted in height after I have put it down completely to the stop. The mechanism forwards and backs still work, but if I want to move up or down, nothing moves and you can hear a crackling sounding like gears that are nagging around somewhere.

So far so bad, the seat heating from the driver's seat only works if it is in the mood. Normally, it doesn't start when I'm ass-cold, and eventually warms when the car has already assumed living room temperature (after 20 minutes or something about the turn).

Close a personal aversion of the driver's seat to me and rather tap on a technical defect, maybe someone knows something about one of the two problems.
