Mixture adjustment?

So I am again. I wanted to change my Lambda probe last weekend! I finished today, trouser tube removed, all of a sudden cooling water licks from the right head. Seal rings defective at the back of the water pipe. The car's gonna make me!

So now to my problem. Lambda probe was definitely defective. Error code was stored and pulsating acceleration. Now with the new Lambda probe still pulsating acceleration, he temporarily does not accept gas, and error code for mixture adjustment in memory!

Does anyone know any advice? New Lambda probe broken?
