Speed goes up after clutch is kicked

Hey, guys!

I have a question. I own an S8 Bj. 97 with manual transmission.

When I switch, of course, I walk off the gas and immediately after that I step on the clutch. As soon as the clutch has entered, the speed goes up a little bit before it goes back again, although the foot is naturally not on the gas.

When driving, it doesn't seem so obvious, but when the engine is "wheulting", it always stands out minimally when the clutch has been kicked and that bothers me a little as it sounds like I couldn't drive. I haven't seen any other car like that before.

Is that the same with you hand switches? Is there anything you can do about it?
