Sliding roof does not open completely

Hi V8 friends,

Have another problem: the sunroof doesn't open completely, i.e. it can not be fully driven up, rises about 10 cm to the rear, then stops and stops. I then have to crank it up with my hand again, it can be set up without any problems,to be quite normal again. It doesn't make rat noises--if that helps
