change end-destruct capacitor Lima

after I found a Tread who was busy with pipes in the boxes and there came to the discussion that it can/should lie on the end interference capacitor at the Lima I want to change this.

So now my question about it has someone sharing. and how easy or difficult does the change(must Lima go out or can it be done in the built-in condition?? )
