Key encoding goes net

Servus.Hab read the FAQ and did what it said.
A key of mine doesn't open the doors by infra.
So I put the key what goes into ignition lock, ignition.Get out with the key where net goes to doors.Now I pressed the key in front of the receiver(B column) and in the sec clock 4 times.But there was no hup sound from the car.With the key where does you hear the horn when I close the door by button.All two have new Varta batteries.??????
