Just got me an S6 Avant 4.2 95 year MKB AEC.
Now I have found that the speedometer indicates too much. At real 100km/h (Navi) it is about 25km/h too much and at real 200km/h it is about. 45 km/h too much (i.e. 240km/h on the speedometer)
In the climate menu, however, it shows me the correct speed and also the average speed indicator fits the real windiness.
How can I solve the problem? Can you adjust the speedometer and why does such a mistake even occur?
My consumption indicator is also spinning. Specifies dream values between 1 and max 4.8 liters/100km/h. What could that be??
By the way:
As already described in the motor forum, the 4.2er has no full power. Don't go through properly and run according to Navi 210km/h. Could there possibly be a connection with the consumption indicator?
I would be very grateful for good advice!
