Wipes run permanently

Hello.

with me run after the brush wash or in rain the wipers permanently !

Only if I turn off the ignition or pull the fuse.

Must then always turn with warning blinker or fold up the wipers.

Where is the water input to be assumed?

Don't think my ignition lock or the lever for the wiper is defective.

The passenger footroom is dry.

Help!
