Bose sound system to the specs :-)

so with my v8 d11 bj 90 the sound system plays a stroke. it is a pioneer deh-p 8100 r installed 4x45watt. has an adapter dazian stands but nothing on it has following plug speaker input on radio plugged in black box of plugs again available the din eight-pin new bluepoint. plus the ten pole. problem is it work alternately the loudspeakers vr not at all for a while hr + vl etc now only vl when setting up the car, radio goes on kl15 so with ignition, it rushes first briefly then a wall-free, without rushing. Is this the adapter for the speaker or the end stages????
question is what make speaker over bring new adapter is that the Dietz 17008 or or
