Which V6 2.8 is better?2-Ventiler or 5-Ventil

my colleague would like a D2 with 2.8 engine! Now there are 2 versions!: I believe the 2Ventiler(174 hp AAH) built until mid-1996 and the 5-Ventiler(193PS ACK) built from mid-1996.
Which engine is more recommended?
The disadvantage with the AAH is that it was only installed in early A8! If you want a more recent one, you have to grab the ACK anyway.
Nevertheless, I think that the old AAH is the much more problem-free engine. With the exception of leguminous oils of the ZKD, thermostat and sometimes of the switching suction tube, I am not aware of anything in this engine.
