Maintenance costs?

Hello forum,

I'm new here today and I'm happy to have found this forum. I'm driving Mercedes (still)! I've always driven Audi since 10 and I'm told to forgive this little slipper.
Because I want to go back to the roots I have a question for you.
So it's supposed to be an A 8 4.2. I've driven a lot, because my father and father-in-law already had several of them. So I'm cleared up. My question now is, what would the good piece of taxes and insurance (HP, TK, 40%) cost me?
I would be very grateful for a message and I will now be more often seen here.
