Dear members of this forum,
after I had to be completely angry with Audi again today, I decided that my current A8 is the last Audi car. I can only advise anyone whose Audi has not yet exceeded the ten years to sell it as soon as possible. After this age limit, it may well happen that when ordering spare parts, you have to live with the statement "no longer available".
So you have spent a lot of money on a high-quality car, because it is durable and otherwise very consistent. It's just no use at all, because when you need something, you don't get anything. Furthermore, I have no desire and no time to get the spare parts at ebay (original quotation friendly dealer). I don't have to drive an Audi for that.
In the end, I was willing to pay for a new door panel over 700EUR, because the existing, due to a design error, has water stains in the lower area or. I'm a little frayed.
I find this behavioral pattern at Audi more than questionable and very annoying, as I am about to be introduced to the Audi. 7.5 years when I needed a new cardan shaft for my Audi 90 Quattro.
Well, you can say nothing learned. But then I thought everyone deserves a second chance. It is now completely playful, even if they are basically great cars. Somewhere on Audi's homepage you can read about environmental protection and sustainability. Instead, you should put the note there: Attention, we build durable cars, which, however, after 10 years are only suitable for export to the East.
Thank God there will be cars for 1800EUR from the east soon. I will then treat myself to a new one every year and do not have to worry about spare parts. Whether it's about growing scrap mountains, pollution from cheap production, people working for one grain of rice a week without rights, etc., everything is far away.
Well, say hello to everyone anyway.
Kalle
