Moinsen municipality,

after that now my WWW. again I write what I have done the holidays so...

Fresh air blower motor and blower regulator replaced.

After reading in Elsa and Etka, the matter was theoretically easy to tackle... actually (was clear!!!) the whole was more like a hussaren ride.

After the disassembly... No, I'll start over again...

1. Locked off the cover grating.... Screws were very strong and hardly identifiable as a cross slot!!

2. Blowcase shell (inlet shaft) trying to loosen.... All the cross slits... Just Rott! The three on the top of the windshield looked so beautiful that they didn't go out...

3. Windscreen wiper arms and windshield....

4. Normally, the whole wiper engine would have to go out with rods... and the housing part to the interior...I then saved myself

5. now tries to loosen the screws for the suction shaft...... they were out after an hour... which are reached only by the opened flaps in 6 cm depth, were of 3 pieces 2 absolutely blocked.... So 2 screws were lost forever.... because they had to be cut off with a dremel and the thin plastic mounts of the screws did not allow any drilling!!

6. side of the clamps loosened and the various cables lying nicely tightly around the box carefully levered.

7. sideways is the servo for the flap control which normally needs to be removed.... But this is sucking and elaborate. so only unscrewed and moved forward so that the access to the blower is released.

8. the blower now sits under a hood which is fixed with 4 screws.... Cross slit... what else......

9. of course, the rear ones are again...... Rott! Of four screws, three were detachable..... One unsaved...

10. Three hours have passed now and somehow you are not really further....

11. Hood doesn't go out... There are still two cover rings in front of the entrances to the bläsee to the right and to the left.....

12. each with a screw (red) attached.... but could be solved...

13. Hood out......ahhhhhhhhh the blower engine becomes visible!!!

14. the engine is mounted with a holding bracket in the housing. 2 fender screws with cross slot (but also 10-piece 6-kant) dissolved and holding bracket removed.

15. Plug separated from the motor and the motor removed

16. Fan wheel sanding ring side removed...... Coal... what is that???? Just 2 mm left...... ?(Collector...... has a 3 mm deep grinding channel... So total damage....

17. the controller sits next to the fan on the side of the driver... uuuiiii looks beautiful...... real biotope... ?( this is with 2 ..... jaaaa exactly .... fastened from which only one started... the other one broke out with the holder......

18. Plug separated from the controller and controller removed...

19. new controller (€ 202.96) installed.... replaces the destroyed bracket with a long torx screw.

20. new blower engine (€ 169,58) installed.... is even wounded!!! (clamp weights on fan blades)

21. Test run......does not go because battery after 1 1/2 weeks of life totally dead!

22. Connected to the charging trench and set to 168 AH and tested fans...... I'm fine....

23. Charger down to 32 AH and action canceled..... Load a night

24. So now everything is retested with battery..... Charge was successful residual charge current in the morning = 2 AH...

25. Intake shaft carefully put back in. The various sealing edges are locked in and the bulky cables are led around again.

26. The outer clamps snapped in again and the remaining fittings replaced by Torx screws and tightened...

27. Windshield and wiper arms fixed again.

28. Screw-on cover grating... with new torx screws.... All the parties!

29. Engine started...... Sliding roof opens automatically?????? Shit. The ECUs are all on NULL!

30. quickly set the selector lever of the sliding roof during the opening on "on" so that the control unit keeps the position.

31. So sunroof back to...

32. Blower meanwhile runs beautifully smooth...

33. Reprogrammed window lifter and connected VCDS...

34. Slashed all stgs and deleted all errors....

35. Prins gas system reactivated by Bexprins and adapter... (after power outage for more than an hour, the stg is blocked... 2005)

36. Test drive with heating...... Chief ape geilomat...... finally again a strong airflow without noise and coal dust tank!

So now you've chewed the salad! As you can see, it's done very easily and quickly!!!

Donnerwetter Joe !

Was soll ich sagen. Alle Schrauben liessen sich problemlos
lösen.(mit dem richtigen ! Schraubenzieher)

hej,
mit vorausschauender Profilaxe kann man manch Reperatur
vermeiden oder zumindest herauszögern.
