Front axle / crossbar cone does not want to go in

Hi

I was allowed to replace the crossbar on the front right... with a new axle cuff and new crossbar bearings were also more than necessary.

I've done this before. But somehow I can't.

How do I get this cone back from the crossbar? There's always a few millimeters missing.

The question is... What am I doing wrong?

Can it be that the drive shaft is not properly assembled? And too long?

I tried to push the spring leg inwards and the Stabi / transverse handlebar down. Just put the pin up and then try to get him in. But the cone always turns across.

I'm getting the crisis so slowly!

How's the best order for the thing and maybe there's another trick that makes it easier to get...
