my A8 4.2 Quattro Bj 95 worries me.

When reading out came the error ignition suspension cylinder 2 . now I have already changed the ignition coils, ignition plugs, and ignition modules (ignition amplifiers). now I wanted to change the injection nozzles. But I don't know how to get to them.
