Gear broken???

high community,
So I'm not looking through any more...
the day before yesterday I stopped at the customer visit in the pampa with loud crashes when starting anner ampel!!!
nothing went more...(Observation: I say intentionally "ging") dialing lever blocked to "D", acdc call, ca. three hours waiting and bibbing, stupid palaver, unbelieving face expression of the yellow angel etc...
car was towed back to Cologne and parked at my friendly vag-dealer. the next morning the masters diagnosed a capital gear damage! I will not mention that, already in the evening!
the next day I drove the car to a gear-specific to hear the other opinion. hours later the spec called unsächte mia that he is just coming back from a test drive mim v8!!! does make slightly shouting noises when starting...aba otherwise nomaal!!! He wouldn't know what I meant?
was soll ich denn davon jetzt halten? was kommt denn so als nächstes?
who can give me expert advice??
