A8 4.2 Bj95 air mass meters, problems after exchange

Hello.

I ordered a new air mass meter for my A8 (4.2 ABZ) at expressauto.com.
The background was a bad idle and sometimes a bit rougher switching processes of the automatic, and often felt too little performance. After the installation, the car is now running out when I'm on the roll, and it also doesn't take gas. When you change from thrust to acceleration, there is a heavy rush. On demand, the seller said that electronics needed a certain amount of time to adjust to the new LMM. I should also disconnect the +Pol of the battery and delete the error memory. But I had already tried the following things:

- with the new LMM I have certainly already driven 300 km, no improvement in this time
- I had already stuck down the battery overnight (how much, not +, does that make a difference?)

I had not deleted error memory. Can it be that motor electronics take so long to adapt or can a stored error in the memory cause such a behavior? With my old LMM, the car ran perfectly again yesterday, switching operations clean, idle ok.
Today again idle a little restless and from switching not as beautiful as yesterday...but otherwise runs inconspicuously. But today it was colder than yesterday. It may be. but a temperature sensor defective
(intake air temp., cooling water temp.) and not the LMM?
I'm a little perplexed.
