Infrared remote control does not work.

Maybe one of you can help me?
With me, the infrared remote control of the central locking system no longer worked from one minute to the other!
I've tried it with new batteries, with both keys, but without success.
I also re-learned and syncronized the two keys.
With manual closing operations everything works perfectly.
I'm grateful for advice.
