first time a good New Year and good ride.
Just got off the holiday with the V8 and it was partly not so good road conditions some mud and snow.When I wanted to drive out of a side street I was in a bit of a hurry because another car came and I easily went through the rear tires and at the same time I heard a crash like when two gears jump or something like that.
Has that ever occurred to someone the noise and what exactly is that.
I think drive shaft?

Hallo Uli.
Schau zuerst mal am Hinterachsgetriebe nach, ob das Befestigungsblech noch i.O. ist.
Es ist ca 3mm stark und um 90 grd verdreht.Kostete ca 17 DM.
Eine Seite istam Getriebe, die andere am Wagenboden befestigt.
Ich habe es schon 2 x wechseln müssen.Warscheinlich zuviel Panzerstrecke gefahren.
Bei'm Beschleunigen kratzt die Bruchstelle ganz gemein und man denkt an einen
Getriebeschaden
