Lighting Window lifter

Today I noticed when changing the LEDs in the window lifters, that they are always lightly glimmering.
If ignition on, nice light, must also.
When ignition is finished, car, interior lighting from, still glimmer ALL buttons weak.

Is that normal or is there the copper worm in it?
