I'm upset about the heating!

Hi,
Since my WinterV8 is sold with working Sthzg and I had to re-register the SommerV8 as WinterV8, the Sthzg should of course also work.Since I never needed it in the summer, I never doubted its function. Here and again I let it run and it seemed to be all I.O.
It starts, runs about 1-1.5 min on full speed and then goes on partial load,....the whole thing repeats until it has sped off its time, so actually everything in the green area should be thought. But now it's like this, which does not matter inside warm air. .
The pipes up to the check valve become wonderfully warm and that was it!
Now I changed the circulation pump for a new one, because I thought the old pump did not put enough pressure on it to circulate the water, but that was not it!
OK,......it's just the check valve!Maybe it doesn't close and lets the warm water circulate in the circle. On the other hand, although the return line was only warm by hand, I wanted to exclude it and changed it!
The result was unchanged : lines to check valve warm, inside cold air !

Now I have installed an Sthzg from another V8 and after initial problems with the flame monitor, this works perfectly, it heats completely through and the inside also gets chubby warm,...so everything is good!

My question now is: What can prevent the old system that circulates the warm water? There is not much left. The circulating pump is new.
There is also a thermostat that can be responsible for it ? It runs yes, but does not get the warm water away and therefore goes on partial load !
Does anyone know?

Greetings Thomas

Hallo Thomas.
